The week of May 24th saw preliminary work at Assumption Church get underway.
The general contractor, Pupatello and Sons, installed a safety fence on the east side of the church that will act as their staging area during phase one work.
AGF Access constructed a scaffolding stairway to the roof of the church and Double AA roofing measured areas of the roof.
Full roof construction is anticipated to get underway next week.
In addition, contractors also dug out a section of the east side foundation to make repairs.
